EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just wanted to contribute to the google reviews as they put my mind at ease when I decided to send in our passports for the Khmer Visa as they no longer provide the Khmer Visa in Long Beach, CA. Traveling with small children on long flights isn't easy so getting as much done as possible ahead of time was necessary for us. We sent my partner's new passport with a copy of his old Khmer Visa he obtained at Siem Reap airport over 16 years ago assuming it was enough, but it didn't suffice as his Khmer heritage information was at Siem Reap, and not with the embassy in Washington DC., USA. Fortunately, the Cambodian Embassy gave us a call about the missing document, and we were able to send a digital copy of his heritage. The embassy processed all four of our passports faster than the implemented time frame on their website. Our passports arrived at their office 3 days before Independence Day, so naturally, we didn't expect them to process our documents until the following week, but we received a call 2 days before independence day about the missing document. They also waited until the fourth of July passed before sending our vital passports book back over the holiday. Everything was fast and handled professionally. Thank you so much.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
